Soul Assassins Radio always has their ears to the street. This week, on XM66 and Shade45, DJ Muggs welcomed San Francisco artist DaVinci and Brooklyn born emcee Curt@!n$. Both artists are making noise Curt@!n$, fresh off SXSW and Winter Music Conference has 2 mixtapes dropping in the next 2 months & DaVinci who’s album The Day The Turf Stood Still, is available now. Muggs, holding it down solo this week while Mr Choc was out of town, played some of the hottest music in Hip Hop right now.

This weeks episode of Soul Assassins Radio, hosted by DJ Muggs & Mr Choc on XM66 and Shade45, featured the reunion of 7A3, a group consisting of brothers Sean & Brett Bouldin along with DJ Muggs. 7A3 released 1 album back in 1988 called Coolin’ In Cali, it featured such the tracks “Coolin’ In Cali” & “Drums Of Steel” they also had their track “Mad Mad World”  featured on the soundtrack to the movie Colors……as a special treat the guys also played some unreleased material from the 2nd album 7A3 recorded that never was released.

This week’s show featured first glimpses into Cypress Hill’s new album “Rise Up,” as Muggs rocked three exclusive joints off of this album, which is set for a 4/20 release. The Soul Assassins crew also played new music from Redman, Bun B, Murs & 9th Wonder featuring Sick Jacken, Joey Rockwell, and Nipsey Hu$$le. Muggs also kept it true to the West this week, playing an ill set of N.W.A.-themed classics.
