Adil Omar doin it big and takin you back on his new track “Paki Rambo”, produced by DJ SOLO! The second single off “The Mushroom Cloud Effect” which comes out in 2012, it’s our tribute to classic House of Pain and Cypress Hill era hip-hop, and a time when the music didn’t take itself so seriously, but was still hardcore. The Chalice Dubs crew out of Champaign/Urbana IL throws the kind of parties you only see in college movies! I just got back from 3 days of non-stop partying and music and it was out of control. Cut Chemist came and destroyed shit on Friday night. He had 2 turntables and 2 CDJs going all at once while his homie (who I think might have been the VJ from Rabbit in the Moon) was doing live midi controlled video to his set. And let me just say that everybody that uses a CDJ needs to watch what Cut Chemist does with a CDJ and then go re-evaluate your life.
After the Cut Chemist show, we brought 2 full sets of club subs and tops (speakers) up to a loft above some stores and raged out until 6 in tha mornin!! And the night before that we delivered some heavy WOMPs on the Red Bull stage before Plastician murdered the joint. (More pics after the jump…) (more…)
